What is the Difference?

 

 

 

 

What is the difference between a bouncer, moonwalk, brincolina, jumper, moonbounce, spacewalk, or inflatable?

Nothing! All of these terms refer to your basic inflatable bouncing amusement we have all grown up with. It just depends on where you hail from. They are all loads of fun and a great addition to any party or celebration.

How can I pay for my rental?

We offer a lot of flexibility in payment methods. We gladly accept cash, local check, money orders and most major credit/debit cards and Pay Pal

When do I pay?

A Rental Deposit of 50% is required on all bookings over $25.00 and is due three (3) business days after booking has been placed. Payment of balance is expected at time of delivery of the unit(s). If you would like to pay for the rental prior to the event, payments are accepted over the phone, at our office or by mail.

 

How Big Are They?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How much room do I need?

The Jumper/Bouncer units vary in size, but our smallest units are 15'x 15'. You will need to add at least 2 feet around the perimeter, so approximately 17' x 17'. If you're not sure what size your yard is, you can measure it or "walk it off" heel to toe in a man's shoe (it'll be about 1 foot per step) to approximate. If you can imagine two parked cars side by side in your set up area, most likely we can fit the unit in that area. Also, most 2 car driveways can accommodate most units. Don't forget your vertical clearance! You'll need an area free of low wires and branches, about 16-17 feet high. Contact TKO Entertainment Group, INC. for the exact size of the model your event needs. And as for the delivery of the equipment, a  standard walk through gate is fine. We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a specialized hand truck (dolly). If a person can comfortably walk through, with arms outstretched, we can fit the bouncer through too! On our larger units, a FREE, No obligation check of the event location can be done by our rental staff prior to your booking. Call TKO to schedule an appointment for a survey.

 

How Many Kids Can Fit?

 

 

How many children can fit in a bouncer?

Generally speaking, between 6 and 15 kids at one time. This really depends on the size of the children, size and style of unit and activities planned.

 

Are They Safe ?!?

 

 

 

Are your units safe? Will you teach me how to have a safe day of fun?

Yes, they are designed from the ground up with safety in mind. In addition, we review all safety rules with you prior to use. While no one can guarantee safety, we do everything we can to promote safe use of our products to ensure your day is filled with fun, not hospital visits.

 

Do I Need To Supervise?

 

 

 

What type of supervision is necessary?

ADULT supervision is required! It is the adults' responsibility to make sure children follow all rules posted on the front of your Jumper/Bouncer! For larger events, TKO Entertainment Group, INC. can provide an attendant for an additional charge.

How much is the rental?

Rates vary by size and type of unit and number of hours. Prices include set up and pickup, but not delivery. A delivery fee based on Delivery Zone and order size. Discounts are available for non-profit groups and fund-raising events. Multiple item bookings and package discounts may also be applied.  Please contact TKO for your price package. Are They Clean?

 

 

 

 

 

Are the bouncers clean?

Yes. All Jumper/Bouncer units are thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to each client. This way, you receive a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order.

 

Are They Too Hot?

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's pretty hot outside. Does it get hot inside the Inflatables

Actually, it stays very comfortable inside the equipment. The Jumper/Bouncers lose air with every bounce (that is what makes them bouncy- the loss and refilling of air!) so it is usually breezy and cool inside. Plus, each Jumper/Bouncer has a roof that shades the bounce area. This applies to most of the year however afternoons in the middle of the summer are not recommended unless the setup area is shaded. During these months we recommend an evening "Bounce" under the stars or an earlier morning rental. We also have water slide bouncers and other ‘WET Funables’ for the Summer!!

What if it rains?

We do not operate our Jumper/Bouncers in high winds or rain. If recent weather has caused the bounce area to become muddy, you will need to locate an alternate location. We strongly urge renters to reserve an indoor location (such as a park, school or church gymnasium) in case of inclement weather. Safety is our first concern.

If your event may be canceled due to weather, you will be called 2 hours in advance. You may cancel at this time and receive a refund of your deposit (when applicable).

 

Can They Be Indoors?

 

 

 

Can you set up indoors?

Yes. We can set up the moonbounces in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or any other area that can accommodate the height (avg. 16 feet) of the bounces.

 

What Is The Age Group?

 

 

What are the appropriate ages for bouncing?

Ages 2 Years-Adult. Some units do have weight, height or other restrictions. Call or e-mail for details if you're not sure.

 

Can It Be In A Park?

 

 

 

Do you set up in parks?

Yes we do! There are many beautiful parks and facilities for parties and special occasions. You will need to verify in advance though, whether the parks have any limitations on Inflatables and make sure power is available and is within 75' of your proposed location or rent a generator. All permits, deposits and city fees are the responsibility of the renter.

 

What If I Have No Power?

 

 

 

What if there is no power?

No problem. We can also provide a small power generator to run the blower for your Jumper/Bouncer. (There will be an additional charge for this rental. Give us a call for details.)

 

Can It Be In My Driveway?

 

 

 

 

 

Can you set up on my driveway?

Yes. We prefer to set up in a lawn or grassy area if possible because it is easier to secure the unit but we can set up in a parking lot, driveway, or other hard surface. We will not set up on a gravel driveway.

If you have a 2 car width driveway, most likely our bouncer will fit. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope.

 

What About My Yard?

 

 

 

 

My yard slopes a bit- will that be OK?

Yes. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope. If the slope is more than a little, we may not be able to set up in that location. Your installer may request an alternate location so please have one in mind. The safety of the children is the most important consideration when selecting a setup area.

 

How Much Power?

 

 

 

Does it need electricity? How much does it use?

Yes. We will bring a 50 or 100 foot extension cord with us, so you'll need an outlet near the set up area. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately $0.14 of electricity per hour. Your blow dryer uses more than that! NOTE: All blowers and wiring are safety checked before delivery.

 

How Long Is The Rental?

 

 

 

 

 

 

What time do you deliver and pickup the bouncer?

Rental periods vary. The typical range of rental time is 4 or 5 hours to all day (7 or 8 hours). You decide on the specific time you want the bouncer set up and we'll have the equipment set up.If you have special requirements for an exact setup or pick up time, (for example, your event is in a location that you have rented for a specific amount of time) let us know.

 

 

 

When Should I Order?

 

 

 

How far in advance do I need to order?

We suggest 3-5 weeks before your scheduled party date. However, we generally have inventory available for last minute bookings, if you are not too picky about style preference. All units are booked on a first come first served basis.

 

What About Tomorrow?

 

My party is tomorrow. Can I still get a rental?

Maybe! Give us a call and we will try to work it in.

 

How About Overnight?

 

 

 

 

Can I keep the bouncer over night?

Yes! We call these our Bouncer Slumber(less) Parties and offer special pricing packages. The bouncer must be set up in a backyard or area that is fenced and locked up. The fence must be at least 4 feet tall. TKO Entertainment Group, INC.  reserves the right to deny any event of this service. TKO Entertainment Group, INC. also reserves the right to cancel the over night portion of any event at any time if we have reason to believe that our property is at risk of injury or theft.

 

Can I Pick It Up?

 

 

 

Is it cheaper if we pickup the bouncer ourselves?

No. In fact, TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. does not allow for this. All of our drivers are trained as professional installers and are certified to be the exclusive installer of our equipment. Where the safety of your children is concerned, we do not take any chances.
