Policies, Terms and Conditions 1) Confirmation and Cancellation Policy: Rental units/items and/or performance entertainment will be considered reserved and/or booked upon issuance of a confirmation number from TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. A confirmation number is issued upon receipt of signed agreement, payment arrangement (including, but not limited to, credit/check information, and/or receipt of deposit) or verbal confirmation between responsible party and TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. Management. If no confirmation number is received prior to the engagement, TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. makes no guarantee of availability of a unit for the event. If a confirmation number is received, TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. guarantees availability of unit for the date and times of the event. Cancellation rights are reserved by TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. for the following reasons: severe or inclement weather (including but not limited to high winds and rain), rejection or non-receipt of funds, unsafe or inappropriate set up location, illness or injury, or other acts of war or God. TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. also reserves the right to substitute rental units/items at its discretion with prior notification to the client/customer. TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. will refund in full, including the deposit if cancellation is initiated by TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. for the above listed reasons. Cancellation on the part of the client/customer can and will result in loss of deposit, and possible cancellation fees, as applicable. The client/customer may request to reschedule a confirmation on one (1) instance without loss of deposit inasmuch as the new event date is within twelve (12) months of the original confirmation date. A second rescheduling will constitute a cancellation and is subject to the aforementioned terms and conditions. 2) Deposit Policy: All rental units/items require a deposit within 72 hours of booking to secure confirmation status. Non-receipt of a deposit within this time frame may result in loss of unit availability guarantee. Deposits are accepted via cash, check, credit/debit and Pay Pal® and can be made over the phone, via mail, at an office location or on-line. Client/customer must make arrangements on amount and method of payment with TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. prior to event date. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 NSF fee and may result in cancellation of booking. 3) Delivery and Pick-Up Policy: Rental units/items, including those used by performance entertainment, are delivered at a specified time [+/- one (1) hour] based on customer request determined by TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. and approved by customer/client up to one-half (½) hour prior to event start time. Accounts with an open balance are due and payable in CASH ONLY at time of delivery. No units/items or performance entertainment will be turned over or initiated until payment is received. Checks by pre-approved organizations will be accepted if authorization number has been issued by TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. Rental units/items are picked up no later than one (1) hour after event end time, unless other arrangements are made prior to end of event. A minimum rental of $25.00 is required for delivery or client has option to pick-up (when/where applicable) or asses a fee equal to the difference of the $25.00. All units delivered and picked-up will be charged a delivery fee no less than $10.00 up to $1.25 per mile depending upon delivery zone. Delivery fee will be included in total rental invoice balance at time of booking. 4) Care Of Rental Equipment: Rental units/items, including those used in conjunction with performance entertainment, are inspected during set-up, prior to use by the performer, customer and/or their guests. Units/items will be re-inspected prior to leaving the event location. It is the responsibility of the customer/renter that the units and other rental items be cared for in an appropriate manner. Any damage, barring “normal and ordinary wear and tear”, will be charged to the customer at the time of pick-up or billed to the responsible party if unavailable at time of pick-up. Value of damaged items is available upon request from TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. 5) General Information: TKO Entertainment Group, Inc. is available via telephone at 1-877-464-2856, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. All information on care, use, terms, conditions, release and waiver details is available at this number. Failure to call and inquire about an issue prior to initiation may result in termination of contract and/or additional fees and charges. |
