Use of the TKO Rewards Card is governed by the terms and conditions of the program as well as the terms and conditions of the Synergy Network.

The TKO Rewards Card is not valid with any other special offer or discount and cannot be redeemed for cash. TKO Entertainment Group, INC. is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed cards. Merchant participation and rewards may change without notice. By using the TKO Rewards Card card you agree to the Synergy Cardholder agreement.
All customers are eligible to participate in the TKO Rewards Card program. TKO Entertainment Group, INC. reserves the right to exclude persons at its sole discretion.

TKO Rewards Card   must be purchased from a TKO Entertainment Group, INC. office, on-line or at an event location for $5.00 or may be earned FREE by completing a qualifying TKO Entertainment Group, INC. purchase or rental.

The TKO Rewards Card must be presented or mentioned at the time of purchase/rental. If the TKO Rewards Card has been registered online the customer may present their phone number as a substitute for the TKO Rewards Card . TKO Entertainment Group, INC. will not use or sell any information, including phone numbers, gathered during the registration process.

All TKO Rewards Card transactions must be swiped/entered on the TKO Rewards Card network. If the network is inaccessible or the card swipe/entry malfunctions, receipts that have been signed by a manager may be presented within 30 days to a manager for credit.

Customers will earn 1 point for every dollar spent for purchases or rentals with TKO Entertainment Group, INC. when using the TKO Rewards Card

Points are not transferable from one TKO Rewards Card to another.

TKO Rewards Card points have no cash value. Points can not be exchanged in any way other than for the predetermined Rewards.

TKO Rewards Card points will not expire during the life of the TKO Rewards Card program.

TKO Rewards Card points cannot be combined with points from any other card - including multiple cards held or used by the same guest or family.

TKO Rewards Card coupons and offers are not valid in conjunction with other offers or coupons.

Customers must sign the TKO Rewards Card reward voucher at time of redemption. All redeemed rewards are the property of TKO Entertainment Group, INC.. TKO Rewards Card rewards do expire 12 months after the date of issue.

Only one TKO Rewards Card reward voucher may be redeemed per customer per transaction per day.

TKO Rewards Card rewards are subject to verification by TKO Entertainment Group, INC. management. Offers are void if they are altered, mutilated or illegible. The judgment of TKO Entertainment Group, INC. management is final.

TKO Entertainment Group, INC. makes no endorsements about other companies that participate in the Synergy Network. We do not make any warranties to the offers or services they offer to Synergy Network users. TKO Entertainment Group, INC. is a participant in the Synergy Network and will accept any logo Synergy Card.

TKO Entertainment Group, INC. reserves the right to discontinue, alter or amend this program at any time without liability to any user or member.
